Customer Service
Representatives:
ComSys is a
telecommunications equipment provider for small and medium sized
businesses. We specialize in the design and implementation of business
telephone systems (traditional and server based), voice messaging systems,
computer telephony integration, voice, network and data cabling and
certification as well as the sale of network services. ComSys sells
products and services from some of the leading manufacturers in the
industry including NEC America, Teleco, Altigen and others.
The purpose of the
Customer Service Representative position is to be a liaison between the
sales and operations staff as well as to provide exceptional service and
quality support for our customers. This includes providing a high degree of
technical expertise in the telecommunications field and timeliness in
response to customer inquiries, as we constantly strive to meet and exceed
our customer's expectations.
The customer service representative responsibilities require:
- The ability to research, resolve
and respond to customer inquiries.
- Acquiring an in-depth
product knowledge and related configuration expertise.
- Excellent listening and
verbal communication skills, especially in providing on site and
telephone support for our customers.
- A thorough knowledge of
Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows software.
- Teamwork.
